Encodes the signal from your Picasso IV to a standard video signal so it can be output to a VCR. This card requires the Picasso IV graphics card and uses its local PCI bus. Please note, the Pablo II does not use the original NTSC or PAL video signal from the Amiga's native chipset but the signal directly generated by the Picasso IV.

The following video signals are supported.
o NTSC
o NTSC-EIA (the NTSC variant used in Japan)
o PAL B, G and I
o PAL M (a 60 Hz variant of PAL)
