This card was originally manufactured by Phase 5, but after they went into liquidation, DCE bought the rights to produce the card. The original Phase 5 boards carried the T/ERC designation which meant that they recommended the use of the card only in towered A1200's due to heat dissipation. The ERC refers to the fact that they used recycled 040's, mainly from old Apple Macs to keep the cost down. DCE produced versions of this card do not appear to carry the T/ERC designation. Possibly because they have been slightly redesigned and made suitable for ordinary desktop A1200's.
