Amiga Inc (original company): The Lorraine

The "Lorraine" is the original prototype Amiga from which all other models are drawn from. It consisted of a 68000 probably running at 7.16Mhz, 128K RAM and a 64K ROM to hold what would have become known as Kickstart. The Early chipset consisted of Angus, Portia (which later became Paula), Daphne (which later became Denise) and various other custom logic arrays which eventually became IC's. The actual Lorraine is a mass of development breadboards and wires with a base unit and keyboard. For more information, please see the link below.
